Your Contribution to Success
- You manage product-related development and innovation projects that enter the execution phase
- With your sense of priorities, you steer projects of various sizes and align deadlines, budget, quality and the expectations of all stakeholders
- From project definition and planning through implementation to controlling, reporting and successful completion, you keep all project phases securely under control
- By coordinating interdisciplinary teams and ensuring transparent and binding communication, you create the foundation for successful collaboration within 4B and Dovista
- With your structured project management, you make a significant contribution to the further development of our product portfolio and sustainably strengthen the market success of our products
Are You Ready?
- You have several years of experience in professional project management as well as in successfully managing product-related projects
- You bring a technical background related to product development, product management or ideally the construction or construction-related industry
- You have supplemented your technical basic training with further education in project management or a comparable qualification
- Very good German and good English skills facilitate your collaboration in an international environment
- You possess strong communication and moderation skills as well as the ability to reconcile different interests
- Negotiation skills, decisiveness as well as a structured, solution-oriented and independent working style also characterise you
