Are you a logistician who enjoys juggling between fieldwork and administration? Join us for a 6-month fixed-term contract for a key mission: ensuring the daily availability of equipment and gear for the Vaud firefighters.

To support our Fire Defence and Rescue Division, we are looking for our future:

Auxiliary Technical and Logistics Collaborator at 80-100% (Oct. 2026 - Apr. 2027)

Within the TLS entity (Technical and Logistics SDIS), you will provide transversal and versatile support to ensure the continuity of the team’s activities.

What awaits you if you join us?

You will be responsible for preparing orders, receiving and stocking equipment, as well as the administrative follow-up related to invoices, vouchers, and requests for proposals. You will contribute to monitoring deadlines, particularly in the APR domain, support planning, and produce various reports. You will also manage personal protective equipment, including entering data into the ERP, and assist your colleagues with an ongoing project within the team. Depending on needs, you may be called upon to handle occasional tasks or projects, including vehicle relocation if you hold a C1-118 driving licence.

Your profile:

You have a good capacity for technical and administrative management, with genuine versatility to cover tasks of different natures (physical, administrative, IT). You are comfortable with IT tools and an ERP, demonstrate organisational skills, rigor in administrative follow-up, and respect for deadlines. You can manage several tasks simultaneously and are capable of working very autonomously.

The C1-118 driving licence is an asset for occasional vehicle relocation support, as is a forklift licence for logistical work.
