Tasks
- Set up, operate, and monitor the 4-color flexo printing machine.
- Engage in color mixing independently within the color lab.
- Conduct quality checks and assist in minor maintenance tasks.
Skills
- Completed basic schooling with a solid technical understanding required.
- Enjoyment of colors and shapes with no color vision deficiency.
- Responsible, reliable, and a good team player with proper etiquette.

Bourquin SA is a significant provider in Switzerland of customised products, standard items and services for demanding customer solutions in the packaging sector. We manufacture various packaging from solid and corrugated cardboard.
Your tasks during your training:
- Setting up, converting, operating and monitoring the 4-colour flexo printing machine
- Working in the colour laboratory – independent practical colour mixing
- Ongoing quality control
- Carrying out minor maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Assisting with troubleshooting on the machine
- Insight into cliché production & assembly
- Insights into various departments such as product development, prepress, AVOR and planning
- Introduction to flatbed and rotary die-cutting technology
