Your Contribution with Us
- You procure materials, services and subcontractor services for our construction projects
- You obtain offers, compare them and conduct price and contract negotiations
- You work closely with project management, site management and internal specialist departments
- You maintain and further develop relationships with suppliers and business partners
- You ensure that materials and services are available on time and under economical conditions
- You contribute your experience to the establishment and further development of our new purchasing team
- You actively shape processes, standards and working methods
- You ensure transparency and quality in our procurement processes
What Counts for Us
- You have experience in main or secondary construction trades, in a construction-related industry and/or already in purchasing
- Possible backgrounds include site manager, foreman, construction clerk, purchaser or a comparable function
- You understand offers, specifications and commercial contexts and can assess them confidently
- You are a communicative personality and know how to build sustainable relationships and create trust
- You conduct negotiations confidently, solution-oriented and with the necessary tact
- You think economically, act entrepreneurially and keep an overview even with many topics simultaneously
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
- You communicate fluently in German. Other languages are welcome
