For each mandate, we assemble the appropriate team and consistently implement individually developed marketing strategies. a committed individual for the role of Assistant Marketing Residential 100%

Your tasks:

• Administrative and organisational support of the team in the initial letting of new developments
• Processing enquiries from interested parties and supporting customer care
• Organisation and coordination of viewings and viewing appointments
• Checking and preparing tenant applicant documents
• Preparation and administrative handling of tenancy agreements and other letting documents
• Recording and maintenance of online advertisements as well as updating digital marketing platforms
• Creation and preparation of marketing documents, property information, evaluations, and reports
• Support in planning and implementing marketing measures
• Assuming general administrative tasks related to ongoing initial letting mandates

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in an administrative or organisational role; experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
• Interest in real estate and especially in the initial letting of new developments
• Organisational talent as well as an independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Enjoyment in contact with people and a strong service orientation
• Confident written expression and a professional appearance
• Good MS Office skills and affinity for digital tools
• Team spirit, flexibility, and enjoyment in contributing in a dynamic environment
• You have drive, humour, and bring good energy to the team
