HR Business Partner
Your mission
As a member of the Executive Committee, you are a strategic partner to Management and managers in the development of the organisation and its talents. You deploy the HR practices necessary to achieve the organisation’s objectives, in line with the Group’s strategy and policies.
As a close partner to managers, you actively contribute to the organisation’s performance, skills development, and quality of the working environment. You also ensure the fair application of HR processes and compliance with the Swiss legal framework, while guaranteeing human resources management based on fairness, respect for individuals, and the company’s human values.
Your responsibilities
- Actively participate in the Executive Committee’s reflections and decisions and contribute to the site’s strategy.
- Advise and support managers in managing their teams, skills development, performance, and organisational changes.
- Ensure fair and consistent management of employees throughout their journey within the company, promoting dialogue, respect, and pragmatic solutions.
- Manage key HR processes: recruitment, talent development, evaluations, remuneration, training, succession planning, and labour relations.
- Support sensitive individual and collective situations in accordance with the company’s values and the Swiss legal framework.
- Identify training needs, coordinate development actions, and manage and monitor the training budget.
- Take responsibility for apprentices’ HR management in collaboration with internal and external training stakeholders.
- Provide Management with HR analyses and recommendations to anticipate the site’s human and organisational challenges.
- Locally deploy the Group’s HR policies and processes, while contributing to their harmonisation and continuous improvement.
- Participate in strategic workforce and skills planning as well as in achieving the site’s objectives and projects.
Your profile
- Federal diploma as an HR specialist or equivalent training.
- Proven experience of several years in a HR Business Partner role or senior HR generalist position.
- Strong experience in supporting managers, managing human relations, and leading change.
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR practices.
- Experience in team management and ability to unite stakeholders.
- Excellent listening, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Integrity, pragmatism, and solution-oriented personality, able to reconcile company needs with respect for employees.
- Fluency in French and good professional knowledge of English (minimum B1).
- Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage.
