On behalf of the exclusive client EH Liegenschaften-Treuhand AG based in Aadorf, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a management talent with a focus on condominium ownership. EH Liegenschaften-Treuhand AG is an established real estate company that passionately and competently manages around 1,000 properties in the cantons of Appenzell, St. Gallen, Thurgau and Zurich.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of your own portfolio of condominium owners' associations
• Preparation, execution and follow-up of owners' meetings including minute-taking
• Implementation of meeting resolutions and contact person for owners, management committees and craftsmen
• Planning and supervision of maintenance and renovation work including obtaining and checking quotes
• Administration of renewal funds and participation in long-term maintenance planning
• Management of regulations, insurances and service contracts
• Development and implementation of new processes for the management of condominium ownership, especially considering digital solutions

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Solid experience in the management of condominium ownership (depending on workload 10 - 15 STWEG meetings per year)
• Further training in property management (e.g. property manager with federal diploma) or willingness to undertake it
• Experience with common property management software (e.g. ImmoTop 2) is an advantage
• Confident appearance and negotiation skills, also in front of larger owners' meetings
• Team player, reliable and structured way of working
• Driving licence category B mandatory
