PROFILE

• Qualification: You have a commercial or construction-technical basic education and at least 4 years of practical experience in property management.
• Expertise: You are proficient in dealing with tenancy law.
• IT skills: You bring advanced PC user knowledge, with RimoR5 skills being an advantage.
• Personality: You score with confident German, strong communication skills, a convincing presence, as well as high independence, motivation, and entrepreneurial thinking.

TASKS

YOUR MISSION – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

• Active management: You independently take responsibility for managing an interesting portfolio of rental properties.
• Personal care: You ensure personal and telephone support for tenants and owners and advise property owners on setting rental prices.
• Property handovers: You are responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental properties during initial rentals and tenant changes.
• Condition & maintenance: You ensure property maintenance, conduct periodic property inspections, and prepare corresponding condition reports.
• Contract management: You confidently handle the execution of rental contract changes, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments.
