Technical Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you work at the interface between technical sales, customers and manufacturers. You accompany individual vehicle and system solutions, clarify technical requirements and ensure that the various parties involved coordinate their collaboration from order to implementation.
Responsibilities:
Support customers and business partners with technical questions regarding vehicle superstructures and hydraulic systems
Record requirements from individual applications and specify them together with internal and external specialists
Coordinate technical special designs and project-specific variants with the manufacturer
Accompany sales cases from technical clarification to order and further processing
Prepare information on products, availability and delivery status for customers and sales
Participate in the coordination of procurement, logistics and project execution
Check technical and commercial documents for completeness
Manage customer, item and contract information in the ERP system in a structured manner
Identify potential improvements in internal processes and contribute them to relevant projects
Qualifications:
Technical basic training EFZ with further training as a technical salesman
Professional experience in technical internal sales or a comparable function
Good knowledge of hydraulics is essential
Knowledge of vehicle technology or a related technical field
Understanding of technical components and customer-specific solutions
Experience with ERP systems and MS Office
Very good German language skills
French and/or English skills are a great advantage
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of technical clarifications
