Your Tasks

• In your role, you ensure the processes on the ward together with the interdisciplinary team and guarantee good treatment for our patients.
• You exemplify appreciation and recognition and support new and innovative approaches. You make responsible, customer-oriented and solution-focused decisions.
• You bring psychiatric knowledge and experience, which you contribute daily within the interdisciplinary team and help shape the treatment.
• You share responsibility for the organisation, coordination and quality of nursing care on the ward.
• Promoting a resource- and relationship-oriented nursing approach is important to you.
• You actively help shape the therapeutic milieu of the ward and orient your working methods according to the ward concept.
• With commitment and openness, you think and act for the benefit of the patients.
• You are interested and motivated to contribute to the establishment of the Safewards concept and to the success of the ward’s conceptual further development.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH, have an interest in the psychiatric field, possess professional experience and enjoy and understand working with people in their coping processes.
• You bring experience in the psychiatric field.
• You enjoy managing complex situations together and acting in a recovery-oriented manner.
• You enjoy working in a team and are characterised by flexibility.
• Independence, responsibility, decision-making competence and high social skills distinguish you.
• You are interested in the further development of nursing processes and quality, and enjoy a responsible and varied role in a dynamic environment.
