Your responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties
- This includes ensuring regular and extraordinary property maintenance, scheduling and conducting property inspections as well as handovers
- You maintain contact with owners, tenants, caretakers, tradespeople and authorities
- Negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements as well as the annual budget also fall within your remit
- To meet all these tasks, you can rely on support from team members in technical management and letting, as well as from administration and caretaking, which you oversee
- At the "Living" location, you also take care of the personal support of customers on site together with your team
That is why you succeed:
- You have a commercial basic education as well as several years of professional experience as an administrator, junior manager or manager in the real estate sector. The real estate management professional certificate is an advantage.
- You skilfully apply digital affinity and sound PC and software knowledge daily when working with various systems
- An efficient and goal-oriented way of working as well as good communication skills with negotiation skills qualify you to deal with different and demanding target groups
- A high level of service and customer orientation is a matter of course for you
- Good manners, high resilience as well as flexibility and perseverance complete your profile
