Maire AG (Solasa Group) specialises in household large appliances for property management companies and business customers. We offer a brand-independent range as well as professional installation, repair, replacement and maintenance of appliances.

As a Customer Service Clerk, you are the central point of contact for customers, internal departments and external service partners. You ensure efficient, customer-oriented and timely processing of service, repair and replacement orders.

What you will do with us

● Receiving and processing telephone and written customer enquiries

● Recording and processing repair, service and replacement orders in the ERP system Abacus and in customer-specific systems

● Monitoring open orders and ensuring timely processing

● Planning, coordinating and scheduling the assignments of internal service technicians and external service providers

● Monitoring planned assignments and coordinating in case of appointment changes or short-term modifications

What you bring

● Experience in commercial administration, ideally in customer service

● Good ERP user knowledge, preferably Abacus, and confident use of MS Office

● Good technical understanding and interest in technical products

● Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additional national languages are an advantage

● Strong customer orientation: friendly, professional and solution-oriented manner on the phone and in written contact

● Independence: structured, reliable and responsible way of working

● Resilience: ability to keep an overview even with a high workload and short-term changes

● Team spirit: enjoyment of working with internal departments and external service providers

● Accuracy: careful and complete data entry and documentation

● Flexibility: willingness to respond quickly to changing customer needs and deployment situations
