What you will do with us

• You take on a variety of office tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• You create and edit documentation, presentations and reports
• You design reports and Excel spreadsheets in the appropriate style
• You apply your skills in data collection and analysis
• You assist in organising customer training sessions and events

What you bring

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ or equivalent)
• Experience with public administration is a plus but not essential
• You are an organisational talent, working independently, structured and precisely
• You like numbers as much as teamwork
• MS Office and especially Excel are no problem for you
• Confident German, written and spoken
• You keep an overview even in busier times
