ZurichYour Tasks
- You ensure the basic care and supervision of the young people, especially sleep hygiene at night.
- You actively participate in pedagogy and contribute to the relevant team forums.
- You take on most of the household tasks for the location during the night.
- You work preventively and de-escalatingly in enforcing the house and night rest regulations, taking into account the emergency procedure.
Your Profile
- Vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or comparable qualification
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in (residential) work with young people
- Confident German (C1) and good MS Office user skills
- Independent, responsible working style, flexibility and strong team orientation
- High resilience and assertiveness, especially in demanding and challenging situations
- Enjoy working with young people from diverse cultural backgrounds

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 60,000 and 75,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary according to our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
