BRANCH MANAGER (m/f/d)
immediately or by arrangement
What you can achieve
- Management of the Olten branch and responsibility for the location as well as the employees working there
- Responsibility for staff management and development as well as coordination of project and capacity planning
- Maintenance and expansion of strategic and long-term customer relationships in the Olten area and surroundings
- Management and coordination of demanding studies and construction projects as well as taking on project management and/or quality assurance
- Ensuring the financial success of the branch
- Active and committed further development of the Olten branch in terms of personnel and expertise
- Close cooperation with regional management and utilisation of their support
Your skills are
- Completed education at an ETH or FH in civil engineering or environmental engineering as well as sound knowledge in municipal engineering, especially in the areas of water, wastewater and/or civil engineering
- Several years of professional experience in project management as well as experience in acquisition and dealing with clients and authorities
- Ideally leadership experience and interest in the active further development of the Olten branch
- You are ready to take responsibility, have a high degree of initiative and want to continuously develop yourself professionally and personally
- You convince with a professional appearance, a solution-oriented way of working and entrepreneurial thinking
- You enjoy working with people and are characterised by strong communication and social skills
