To strengthen our Property Management department, we are looking for a dedicated, independent, and service-oriented personality as

Mandate Manager / Property Manager

As a member of the management team, you will be responsible together with your team and supported by our industry software Microsoft Dynamics 365 / ImmoNext (Navision) for an exciting portfolio of rental, commercial, and condominium properties and maintain regular contact with our valued clients.

Your area of responsibility:

• Responsibility for an exciting property portfolio as well as professional and operational leadership of the team
• Initial and re-lettings including rent structuring, tenant selection, contract conclusions, and property handovers
• Financial and administrative management: monthly statements, multi-year budgets, heating and operating cost statements, debt collection
• Technical management with tendering, verification of craftsmen services, construction billing, as well as participation in projects and renovations
• Coordination of maintenance and repair work with quality and cost control
• Preparation of reports, variance analyses, and market analyses as well as derivation of optimisation potentials
• Comprehensive contract management (residential and commercial) including rent analyses and professional complaint management
• Regular exchange and strategy discussions with owners and tenants
• Active participation in process optimisations and further development of portfolio management

Your profile:

• Completed training or further education in the real estate sector (e.g. federal specialist certificate in property management, technical or commercial basic training, HF/FH)
• Several years of experience in operational property management is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of tenancy, contract, and property law as well as real estate accounting
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, team orientation, and enjoyment in exchanging with owners, tenants, caretakers, and craftsmen
• Openness to digital solutions and technological developments
