About the job
Actively participate in risk-based outsourcing management within the Swiss financial centre and ensure compliance with requirements by all financial market participants.
- Technical responsibility in the field of outsourcing-related risks (outsourcing and third-party risk management, TPRM)
- Assessment of risk management in the area of outsourcing and TPRM for all FINMA-regulated entities, using various supervisory tools (supervisory interviews, audit reports, data analyses, etc.)
- Technical leadership during on-site inspections concerning outsourcing and TPRM
- Support for various stakeholders on all outsourcing-related matters (in the context of authorisation requests, outsourcing-related incidents, etc.)
- Development of FINMA's cross-divisional competence centre in the field of outsourcing and TPRM risks
- Technical and/or business management education (university, university of applied sciences) or equivalent qualification
- Additional specialised training in risk management and/or auditing (CISA, CIA, CRISC or equivalent) would be an advantage
- Solid professional experience (at least 5 years) in managing outsourcing and third-party risks, ideally in the financial sector, consulting or auditing
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Interest in varied and challenging tasks involving a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade in exchanges with regulated entities and other stakeholders, including in controversial discussions
- Very good command of German (C1) and French (C1); knowledge of other languages (English, Italian) is an asset
