For a temporary, fixed-term position, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality in Customer Service to start immediately or by arrangement. In this responsible role, you act as the central interface between our customers, the field service, and internal departments. With your expertise, organisational talent, and solution-oriented approach, you make an important contribution to smooth processes and a positive customer experience.
This is what you can achieve
- Ensuring complete order processing, from order receipt to invoicing in the consignment and loan business of the subsidiary Enovis Surgical Switzerland GmbH
- Organisation and ensuring timely shipments
- Coordination and management of the loan service Switzerland
- Management of stock, consignment, loan, and asset inventories
- Oral and written clarifications with various internal departments as well as with hospitals in connection with orders, purchases, and shipments
- Ensuring a reliable customer relationship
This is what you bring
- Commercial vocational training and experience in customer order processing and inventory management
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German as well as good oral French and English skills
- Advanced ERP knowledge (SAP/JDE)
- Proficient use of MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Independent, flexible, and process-oriented working style
- Service-oriented and friendly personality
- You have a high level of resilience and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
