- Commercial training and SVEB 1 course leader certification required.

- Excellent MS Office skills and a flair for technology.

About the job
Procap is the largest Swiss self-help and member organization that advocates for the interests and rights of people with disabilities. It offers professional advice in the areas of social insurance law, construction, housing, and travel. Procap was founded in 1930 as the Swiss Invalids Association and today has about 25,000 members in around 30 regional sections and over 20 sports groups.
We are looking for a Course Instructor Education and Awareness (40 to 100%) starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement With heart, organizational talent, and commitment to inclusion
Area of responsibility
- Organization and coordination of varied awareness campaigns for different target groups
- Planning, conducting, and follow-up of training sessions and workshops
- Support and briefing of corporate volunteering assignments
- Collaboration in the preparation of reports and training materials
- Development and management of courses within the internal course program
- Participation in various projects of the department
Requirements profile
- Commercial basic training
- Course instructor training SVEB 1
- Experience or strong interest in the field of disability and inclusion
- Confident German and good French skills
- Very good MS Office skills and technical flair
- Enjoyment in contact with people, service orientation, and polished manners
- Enjoyment of traveling to various assignment locations
- Organizational talent, initiative, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style
- Team spirit, commitment, and passion for social participation
