Maître d'hôtel at 100%
We offer you the opportunity to put your expertise at the service of a prestigious clientele, in a professional environment where excellence, discretion and attention to detail are the watchwords.
Your role:- Ensure excellent service to a demanding clientele, respecting the standards of luxury hospitality and gastronomy.
- Organise, coordinate and supervise catering services, business lunches, banquets, cocktails and private receptions.
- Guarantee a personalised, elegant and discreet welcome, anticipating guests’ expectations and needs.
- Ensure impeccable service quality, table setting and presentation of reception areas.
- Work closely with kitchen teams to ensure perfect coordination and a first-class gastronomic experience.
- Follow up on orders and operational needs related to various events.
- Manage unforeseen events with professionalism, responsiveness and diplomacy.
- Ensure compliance with protocols, confidentiality rules and quality standards specific to the banking environment.
- Proven and essential experience in a palace, 5-star hotel or gastronomic catering establishment.
- Successful experience as Maître d'hôtel, Assistant Maître d'hôtel or in a similar role.
- Excellent mastery of luxury service codes, table arts and gastronomic service techniques.
- Particularly neat presentation, natural elegance and impeccable demeanour.
- Strong sense of hospitality, attention to detail and personalised service.
- Great discretion, absolute confidentiality and ease with VIP and international clientele.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage several services simultaneously.
- Natural leadership, team spirit and ability to unite colleagues around a culture of excellence.
- Fluent in French and very good level of English.
- Proactive, cheerful, flexible personality with excellent stress resistance.
- Mainly daytime hours, continuous, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional participation in evening events.
