Technical Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Processing customer enquiries in internal sales
Preparation of quotations, order confirmations, and invoices
Support of field staff in customer care
Maintenance and updating of customer master data
Coordination of appointments and support with organisational tasks
Interface between customers, service, logistics, and technical departments
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical basic training
Professional experience in internal sales
High technical affinity
Fluent German skills and very good French skills
Proficient use of MS Office
Customer-oriented, communicative, and reliable personality
Structured and independent working style
