ERP Consultant Abacus Finance (m/f/d)

An established consulting company is seeking reinforcement for the support and further development of Abacus solutions in the financial environment. In this role, you support medium-sized companies in digitalising their processes and act as the central contact person throughout the entire implementation.
You analyse requirements, develop suitable solutions, and personally accompany your clients through the various phases of a project. In doing so, you combine expertise in finance with consulting skills and a strong understanding of modern IT solutions.

Responsibilities:
Analyse existing customer processes and develop suitable solutions for digitalisation
Consult and support companies in the introduction and further development of Abacus Finance
Independent planning and execution of ERP projects including requirements, implementation, and handover
Support with migrations, configurations, and optimisations of Abacus applications
Conduct training sessions and workshops at clients as well as support in ongoing operations
Continuous customer support and development of a sustainable, trustful collaboration
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in fiduciary or financial sectors
At least 2 years of practical experience in Abacus consulting with a focus on finance
Experience in implementing customer projects and ideally knowledge in project management
High IT affinity and interest in digitalising business and financial processes
Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style with strong customer focus
Very good German skills as well as pronounced communication skills and willingness to take responsibility
