For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a Production Expert in Small Volumes Packaging (m/f/d)

Background:
The production site in Kaiseraugst is responsible for the manufacture and packaging of sterile medicinal products and supplies the global market with biopharmaceutical medicinal products. As a Production Expert (m/f/d) in the packaging operation, you will manage the complex equipment entrusted to you in all technical and operational matters. In your role, you will work closely with the production units in the value stream and local interfaces. Willingness to work across departments is a given. You are open to new things as a team player, bring an agile and creative mindset, work solution-oriented, have an "open mindset" and embrace the "end to end" concept.

The perfect candidate

Has completed a technical education and has more than 3 years of professional experience in production within the pharmaceutical regulated environment. Furthermore, the person is proficient in the use of standard PC programmes and fluent in German, both spoken and written.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Proper operation of the equipment within the area of responsibility
  • Support in the proper troubleshooting of highly automated equipment
  • Recognise, analyse and assess equipment malfunctions
  • Ensure and optimise equipment availability
  • Work according to regulatory requirements
  • Safe work in a GMP environment
  • GMP-compliant documentation
  • Training of employees in the handling of the equipment
  • Participation in continuous process and equipment optimisation
  • Planning, monitoring, processing and coordinating the necessary measures to maintain the
  • equipment condition in compliance with "Change Management"
  • Independently carry out changeover work (format changes)
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • Self-organised work and living the LEAN philosophy

Must Haves:

• Completed technical education
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in production, ideally in the pharmaceutical or a highly regulated environment (food industry)
  • Proficient use of standard PC programmes (MS Office and Google)
  • Fluent German in spoken and written form
  • Technical understanding as well as independent, communicative, resilient and flexible personality, enjoyment of independent work, responsibility and team player
  • Forward-thinking and acting as well as strong conceptual skills
  • Precise and reliable working style even under time pressure and independent working style

  Nice to have:
• Knowledge of SAP
  • LPS (Lean Production System) knowledge
  • Handling of key figures e.g. OEE
