You bring our internal AI platform and modern cloud offerings into the specialist departments and turn good ideas into productive solutions.

Job Description - Your Responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes together with the specialist departments and identify potential for automation and AI
- Implement use cases on our internally operated AI platform (e.g. assistants, document search with RAG, prompt templates, API connections to cloud providers)
- Develop workflows and interfaces to existing specialist applications and document management
- Evaluate data and visualise it clearly
- Train employees and help shape guidelines for AI use
Qualifications - Your Profile:
- Completed training in computer science, business informatics or digital business (EFZ, HF, FH or university) or comparable qualification. Career changers with experience in digital construction are also welcome.
- Experience in software development as a software developer, ideally with JavaScript or Python and REST interfaces
- Initial practical experience with AI applications (e.g. prompting, LLM interfaces, RAG) and enthusiasm to continuously develop yourself
- Technical understanding, structured thinking and enjoyment of processes
- Strong communication skills, enjoyment in imparting knowledge and an independent working style
