Your tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of a team of around eight people
- Creating a respectful and trusting collaboration based on our leadership principles
- Supporting and promoting the professional and personal development of employees
- Responsibility for work quality, resource planning, and operational management of the team
- Independent handling of administrative measures procedures
- Active participation in changes and optimisation of processes
