Job Description

• Handling demanding legal and administrative tasks together with an existing colleague.
• Processing remission and property transfer requests.
• Preparing liability and tax refund orders including the associated calculations.
• Maintaining lists and statistics for the Revenue Service department.
• Supporting the legal staff and the head of the Revenue Service with administrative tasks.
• Active participation in projects.
• Training and supervising interns.

Requirements Profile

• Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience.
• Ideally professional experience in a legal environment (court, law firm) or in public administration.
• Excellent German skills in spoken and written form, a strong IT affinity and enjoyment in working with numbers.
• Independent, committed and team-oriented personality.
• Professional appearance and confident, precise written and oral communication skills.
• Resilience, high service orientation and the ability to think goal-oriented and networked.
