Responsibilities:
- Hub function between production, warehouse, freight forwarders, customers, and authorities
- Recording, coordinating, and confirming customer and shipping orders including the creation of delivery and export documents
- Timely processing of orders and communication of information to our customers
- Participation and collaboration in order processing projects
- Export documentation: creation and verification of all required export documents, such as commercial invoices, customs documents, and certificates of origin, taking into account the respective national and international regulations
- Receipt and handling of complaints
- Maintenance of master data in the ERP system
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Several years of professional experience
- Professional experience in an international industrial, commercial, or logistics company
- Very good IT skills (MS Office) and SAP experience (SD, MM, PP, WM, and BW)
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Solution-oriented thinking and strong team skills
- Precise and very reliable working style
- Open personality with the ability to remain flexible, customer-oriented, and friendly even in hectic situations
