About the job
The Legal Service of the PDAG supports employees with legal questions as well as in cooperation with courts and authorities.
For the Secretariat Legal Service, we are looking for you as of June 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Tasks
- You monitor compliance with legal and internal deadlines (maintaining deadline controls)
- You coordinate appointments for hearings before family courts (KESB) and reserve meeting rooms
- You create and maintain legal files, especially for patients with custodial placement or adult protection measures
- You send applications and orders to family courts and correspond with relatives, trusted persons, guardians, and authorities
- You support the lawyers in preparing legal documents and contracts
- You assist the lawyers with clarifications and compile statistical data
- You handle the triage of incoming mail
- You gladly help organize training sessions and prepare training materials
- You assist in managing the legal library
- You support the anonymization of documents
- You assist the lawyers with inquiries regarding data protection
- You take over the telephone service on certain working days
- You cover the vacation replacement for other employees of the Secretariat Legal Service
Profile
- Completed commercial training (vocational baccalaureate desired)
- Several years of professional experience in a legal environment and preferably also in healthcare
- Interest in legal issues, especially in matters of child and adult protection law
- Independent, precise work, quick comprehension, interconnected thinking, and organizational skills
- Very good MS Office user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and confident German language skills
- High social competence, teamwork, flexibility, reliability, discretion
- Resilient and integral personality
