Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lehrperson oder Motivation, diese zu erwerben.
- Offene und inklusive Haltung ist entscheidend für die Rolle.
- Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative sind ebenfalls wichtig.
