Tasks:

• is responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of sociotherapeutic, cultural and rehabilitative activities aimed at improving the quality of life of users and the atmosphere of the care environment. Works in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and in compliance with sectoral directives, assuming organizational and managerial responsibilities within their own location
• designs and implements individual and group educational interventions in accordance with the OSC values charter and care concept
• in collaboration with the team, regularly completes the clinical documentation of the patients they follow
• contributes to clinical reflection and the definition of the care project and guarantees the continuity of the defined educational projects and maintains contact with the nurse responsible for the patients followed
• identifies activities aimed at promoting reintegration into the social fabric, in collaboration with the network and socialization agencies
• keeps updated and actively participates in training events that contribute to the evolution of their function
• actively collaborates with the various internal and external OSC teams using a cooperative, assertive approach aimed at mediation and conflict resolution

Requirements:

• SUP social worker diploma (option: educator) or equivalent qualification
• if holding a foreign qualification, recognition by SEFRI (State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation)
• knowledge of the territory, social services and the social-health network of the Canton Ticino
• previous experience in animation and psychiatry is a preferred qualification
• good spoken and written knowledge of the Italian language and knowledge (spoken and written) of a second official language
• teamwork predisposition
• availability and spirit of collaboration
• initiative, strong user orientation and ease of contact with various interlocutors

Employment conditions:

• appointment or assignment: those provided for by the Law on the organization of State employees and teachers of March 15, 1995 (LORD) and the related Regulation. Any changes in law concerning salary and organization are explicitly reserved
• working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
