As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, strong leadership and empathetic personality as of 1 September 2026 for the position of
Managing Director (80 - 100%)
Your role – versatile, connecting, present
- You lead the organisation operationally, personnel-wise and strategically and create the framework conditions for high-quality and economical service delivery
- You lead a committed three-person executive team and develop Spitex Nord Ost Aargau AG together with this team and the Board of Directors in a future-oriented manner
- You promote a modern, appreciative and motivating leadership culture
- You take responsibility for the business management and actively accompany change processes
- You maintain constructive collaboration with municipalities, authorities, partner institutions, doctors and other actors in the health and social sector
- You represent the organisation professionally internally and externally and actively contribute to the positive positioning of Spitex Nord Ost Aargau AG
Your expertise and attitude – responsible leadership and shaping together
- You ideally have a qualification as a certified nursing professional HF/FH or bring a comparable qualification with solid experience in the health or social sector
- You have several years of professional and leadership experience and have completed further training in leadership and management as well as preferably business management training
- You bring a good understanding of modern organisational and process development
- You have experience in change management and approach changes in a solution-oriented and structured manner
- You convince through high social, professional and action competence as well as through your ability to motivate and support people
- You think in networks, act entrepreneurially and keep an overview even in demanding situations
