- After thorough training, you will take on occupational therapy treatment tasks in various group therapies within the acute psychiatric setting.
- As a member of the committed and interdisciplinary treatment team, you will care for patients with psychiatric illnesses and related health issues in their social and professional reintegration.

- You have completed training as an occupational therapist HF/FH and hold a professional practice permit from the canton of St. Gallen or can provide this before starting the position.
- You are characterised by enthusiasm for your area of responsibility and a respectful approach to our patients.
- Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in adult and/or gerontopsychiatry and have knowledge in leading group therapies.
- You have an interest in conducting ZEPS groups (Experiencing Belonging - Creating Perspectives) with a focus on social participation and everyday activities.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation as well as design skills characterise your work.
- Independent working within an interdisciplinary team as well as open and appreciative communication are natural to you.
- Thanks to your resilience, independent and responsible working style, high social competence, and good IT skills, you integrate quickly into the team and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
