Your tasks
- Your area of deployment includes three specialised wards (depression & stress-related disorders, rehabilitation, residential psychiatry)
- Work in direct clinical practice in cooperation with social networks
- Consultation and coaching of treatment teams
- Further development of interdisciplinary treatment concepts involving the target groups
- Design, implementation and evaluation of workshops
- Leadership and participation in internal and regional projects
- Professional leadership and collaboration with the nursing specialists as well as within the nursing expert team
- Participation in specialist networks and attendance at congresses
- Co-supervision of student internships (Bachelor/Master)
Your profile
- Completed Master’s degree in nursing science or willingness to complete one
- Professional experience as a nurse in a psychiatric environment
- Strong initiative and self-organisation
- Willingness to innovate and enthusiasm to develop your own APN role and drive change processes
- Experience in project management
- Trialogical thinking and approach
- Interest in Open Dialogue
