In this role you would own and lead the global Talent Acquisition function by defining and executing a future-oriented recruiting strategy, operating model, and governance that enable business growth and workforce transformation. Drive excellence across the end-to-end recruitment ecosystem by leveraging data, technology/AI, and process optimization to deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. Partner with senior leaders on strategic workforce planning and talent priorities while building high-performing recruiting capabilities, ensuring global standards, compliance, and operational excellence across all markets.
Your responsibilities:
- Own and shape the global insourced recruiting model and operating model, supporting business growth through efficient and fast recruiting services
- Advise senior leadership and HR on talent acquisition strategy, hiring priorities, and labor market trends
- Oversee and steer recruitment targets aligned with business needs; monitor KPIs and derive insights to enable data-driven decision-making (Strategic Workforce Planning)
- Accountable for shaping, maintaining, and continuously improving the recruiting infrastructure, including the Workday Recruiting module, careers page, third-party channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobs.ch, Glassdoor, Kununu), and the intranet recruiting page
- Own and continuously optimize end-to-end recruiting processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience globally
- Drive transformation initiatives in talent acquisition (e.g., insourcing model, process optimization, technology enablement) and related change management
- Stay on top of technological developments and industry trends and translate them into practical improvements
- Manage and negotiate relevant vendor contracts in close alignment with Procurement
- Overall accountability for the global recruiting budget
- Provide and maintain up-to-date guidelines and train hiring managers as needed
- Support local HR in adapting recruitment processes while ensuring global standards, compliance, and consistent candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy, and governance standards in recruitment processes
Your background:
- University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field, complemented with over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Attraction
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business strategy into forward-looking talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships across HR, the business, and external stakeholders
- Proven expertise in designing and optimizing global talent acquisition operating models, recruiting processes, and governance frameworks
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to leverage data, KPIs, and labor market insights to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement
- Deep knowledge of modern recruiting technologies, digital talent acquisition, HR marketing, employer branding, and AI-enabled recruiting solutions
- Strong project and change management capabilities, with a track record of leading global transformation initiatives and driving organizational adoption
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, including experience managing external vendors and cross-functional partnerships
- Solid understanding of global recruitment compliance, employment practices, and governance, balancing global standards with local market requirements
