Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to join the Swatch boutique team in Aix-en-Provence.

A true Ambassador of our watchmaking House, you provide our customers with a memorable experience by ensuring a quality welcome and personalised support.

Thanks to your commercial spirit, you actively participate in the development of turnover and the achievement of commercial objectives.

As such, your main tasks are:

To inspire customers' enthusiasm for our products and their history by sharing your Swatch knowledge;
To welcome customers with a pleasant, friendly and polite attitude;
To sell and process payments for products;
To open and close the till and the shop independently;
To receive and check products (merchandising setup);
To participate in after-sales service and minor repairs;
To ensure the proper upkeep of the shop (cleaning, tidying and shelving).

Profile

With a commercial education from Bac to Bac+2, you have a first experience in sales and are passionate about the Watchmaking-Jewellery and/or Luxury sector.
You have a strong sensitivity to our products and knowledge of the sector.
You are enthusiastic, dynamic and have a developed commercial temperament.
Your presentation and level of speech are excellent.
