Legal & Compliance Officer (m/f/d)
You will handle a variety of tasks in the area of compliance and due diligence (KYC, AML, due diligence, client onboarding). You check the fulfilment of regulatory requirements, conduct transaction controls, analyse irregularities, and prepare reporting for the supervisory authorities. Additional tasks include legal matters. This involves supporting the drafting of contracts, conducting clarifications in corporate, contract, and tax law issues, and collaborating in data protection. You have a qualification in
Law or Business (e.g. Bachelor, Paralegal, Compliance Officer)
and initial experience in compliance. You are characterised by analytical skills, a systematic and careful way of working, initiative, and a strong interest in legal and regulatory topics. You enjoy working very independently in a dynamic, well-harmonised team, gladly take on new tasks, and demonstrate a high willingness to learn and perform. The internationality requires very good English skills.
