Your Tasks
- We are looking for a personality who understands nursing processes, creates structures and professionally develops staff.
- Ensuring high-quality care in long-term care and Spitex
- Professional, personnel and organisational management of the nursing department
- You recruit, lead, plan and develop the staff in the care and support area
- Ensuring service recording and billing in the Spitex area
- Supporting and promoting the professional development of staff
- Coaching and supporting the residential area managers and staff
- Responsibility for the correct application of the RAI instruments
- Stabilising leadership structures and clear orientation of the teams
- Support with educational and development tasks in the nursing area
- As an empathetic contact person for residents and relatives, you organise and coordinate the daily routine for optimal care processes
- You conduct reports, team meetings and internal training sessions
- Analysis and further development of processes and workflows
- You ensure quality development and cost-effectiveness within personnel and financial guidelines
- You share responsibility for qualitative and economic target achievement
- You plan the monthly events with the activation team
- Close cooperation with management
Your Profile
- A completed tertiary-level nursing qualification and business management training
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in nursing
- High professional, social and leadership competence
- Process-oriented thinking and structured working style
- Experience in change or stabilisation situations is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills and clear decision-making ability
- Empathetic in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
- Stable, loyal personality with life experience
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
- High degree of independence and decision-making ability
- Entrepreneurial, responsible and networked thinking and acting
- Strong resilience and very good communication skills
- Sound knowledge of RAI NH / RAI HC and IT skills
