Your Tasks

Sanitary Shop Specialist Consultant (30%)

• Personal advice and service to our customers (mainly installers and private customers)
• Clarifications with suppliers
• Responding to customer enquiries by email/phone
• Recording and processing orders, delivery notes and collection notes using the IT system (SAP)
• Assistance with warehouse management
• Cash register accounting

Warehouse Employee (50-70%)

• Incoming goods inspection
• Assistance with general warehouse tasks and inventory
• Loading and unloading lorries
• Picking customer orders
• Preparation of customer returns

Your Profile

• Training with a Federal VET Diploma in the sanitary sector or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience, preferably as a service technician
• Good PC skills, SAP/3 desirable
• Likeable, team-oriented and customer-focused personality
