The Wysshölzli Clinic is a leading specialist clinic for women with addiction disorders and eating disorders, offering 37 inpatient treatment places as well as two outpatient clinics. The clinic is listed on the hospital list of the Canton of Bern, has a service contract with the cantonal health and welfare directorate, and contracts with health insurers. The location in Oberaargau, Canton Bern, in a quiet area, convinces with beautiful nature and proximity to Bern, Solothurn, Olten, and Langenthal.
We are looking for, by agreement, a
Deputy Head of Treatment / Psychologist 80 – 100% (Option to Succeed Head of Treatment)
Your tasks
- Therapeutic and personnel management of individual specialist areas and/or outpatient clinics
- Therapy planning and further development of inpatient and outpatient services
- Conceptual development of treatment and training of employees
- Promotion of coordination and communication in the interdisciplinary therapist team
- Leading patient reflections in the treatment team and crisis management
- Participation in projects, concept work, quality management
- Design of processes considering economic efficiency and patient orientation
- If interested, patient work, for example conducting indication interviews, psychotherapeutic treatment, offers for relatives
Your profile
- Degree as a federally recognized psychotherapist with professional experience
- Several years of personnel management experience
- Initiative, integrative and flexible personality, networked thinking and resilient
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- Enjoyment of therapeutic processes and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strategic thinking and interest in the further development of the clinic
