The Brugg school has a comprehensive concept for gifted and talented education, which includes various offerings. The four lessons include 2 lessons for the pullout Ideas Lab with participants from several school buildings as well as 2 lessons of atelier teaching in a primary school building.</p><ul><li>Implementing the concept of gifted and talented education at the Brugg school</li><li>Atelier teaching as an enrichment offer in coordination with the teaching team</li><li>Managing the Ideas Lab project</li><li>Interdisciplinary collaboration with teachers and the gifted and talented education team</li><li>You work in the subject department and actively contribute to school development.</li></ul><p></p> </div><h3> Requirements </h3><div class="RichText_viewer_fo" id="fldjobdescription_description2"> <p></p><p>You are a special needs education teacher or a trained teacher with great passion and enthusiasm for working with gifted children. You work in a support- and competence-oriented manner. In dealing with learners, you are clear, patient and empathetic.</p><p>You have completed training as a special needs education teacher or primary school teacher and have further training in gifted and talented education (CAS or MAS).</p><p>You are open to close collaboration with class teachers and other support teachers in the class.</p><p></p> </div><h3> Offer </h3><div class="RichText_viewer_fo" id="fldjobdescription_longtext1"> <p></p><p>The Brugg school serves as a central hub and comprises around 1800 pupils. <br/> We operate all school levels of the Aargau public school in six lower and three upper school buildings as well as 10 affiliated neighbourhood kindergartens. 240 teachers, over 50 assistants and eight school management teams are responsible for teaching and supporting the pupils at the various school locations.</p><p>You can count on the support of the head of the Educational Specialist Unit, who holds the main responsibility for the subject area.
