- As a Fachmann/frau Betriebsunterhalt, maintain and clean buildings and gardens.
- Monitor building technology and perform necessary repairs.
- Handle lawn mowing and waste disposal tasks.
Skills
- Experience in facility maintenance preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
