YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• You are the first point of contact on the phone and ensure professional, warm customer care in German, French and English
• You reliably carry out administrative tasks and maintain our customer data in DMS and CRM
• You support internal departments with administrative assistance
• At reception, you take care of our customers at defined times and alternately on Saturdays
• You ensure an inviting appearance and order in the reception area

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• A warm, open personality – preferably with experience in the premium or service sector
• Confident demeanour, neat appearance and enjoyment of a service-oriented environment
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Very good oral and written skills in German and French – English is an advantage
• Flexibility for short-term changes in deployment
• Willingness to work two Saturdays per month
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programmes and enjoyment of administrative tasks
• Completed commercial training or equivalent education
• And above all: you enjoy being part of a strong team

WHAT YOU BRING

• A warm and open personality – experience in the premium or service sector is a plus
• A confident attitude, neat presentation and a liking for a service-oriented environment
• A structured, autonomous and reliable working method
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German and French – English is an asset
• Flexibility regarding last-minute schedule changes
• Availability to work two Saturdays per month
• Good command of common MS Office software and a liking for administrative tasks
• Completed commercial training or equivalent education
