Notarial Specialist in Real Estate and Contract Law

You have experience from a notary's office and want to support real estate transactions on the company side? Your contract knowledge is in demand with us – and you have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with sales and initial lettings.

Your tasks

• You actively support the Head of Sales/Contract Law in real estate transactions.
• You prepare and review complex legal documents such as purchase agreements, servitude contracts and agreements.
• With a clear understanding of legal aspects, you draft innovative legal concepts for comprehensive residential complexes.
• You take care of the establishment of condominium and co-ownership and draft regulations as well as usage and management rules.
• With expertise in real estate contract law, you advise and support both internal and external partners.
• You represent Allreal at notary and land registry appointments.
• In addition, you take on tasks in sales and initial lettings of properties.

What distinguishes you

• You have completed notarial training in the canton of Zurich and successfully passed the UP courses with the examination.
• You bring extensive experience in drafting and preparing various contracts, especially in the area of purchase agreements, servitude contracts and establishment declarations including regulations.
• Besides your professional know-how, you are characterised by strong negotiation skills and possess excellent communication abilities, which are a great advantage in interaction with customers and partners.
• You have excellent written and spoken German skills.
• You demonstrate a strong ability to organise and coordinate, enabling you to handle complex tasks efficiently and structure processes optimally.
• Additionally, you are interested in taking on tasks in sales and initial lettings, also outside office hours.
