Your Tasks

You lead a care team professionally and personally and ensure the care processes in your department
You set a good example every day and motivate your team to achieve peak performance
Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organize daily care
You ensure the flow of information to the residents, relatives, and the care team

What You Bring

A qualification as a registered nurse
Leadership experience in a similar position, preferably with corresponding training
You have an interest in care development and improving care quality
You possess good organizational skills and good PC knowledge
Your German language skills, both spoken and written, are very good
