• Implementation of demanding heating and cooling systems in the commercial and industrial sectors
• Planning and project design of direct customer orders
• Responsible for the quality, deadline, and cost-compliant execution of projects
• Acquisition of new construction projects as well as maintaining relationships with customers, architects, and suppliers
• Utilisation of the latest findings from research and development regarding improved materials, products, processes, etc.
• Leadership of assembly personnel

• Basic training in heating (Building Technology Planner Heating EFZ)
• Leadership experience already in a similar position or as a site manager is an advantage
• Exemplary working method and competent appearance
• Business and entrepreneurial thinking
• Willingness to take responsibility and also lead employees
• Organisational and negotiation skills
• Strong team and customer orientation
• German spoken and written and driving licence category B are mandatory
