What you achieve

• You independently operate and monitor our filling and packaging machines.
• You prepare the machines, convert them, and clean them as well as their parts.
• You comply with and enforce our safety, quality, and hygiene regulations.
• You troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs.
• You lead, supervise, and train the assigned line employees.
• You optimise processes and machines and reduce waste within the framework of Lean and shop floor management.

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: as a food technologist, dairy technologist, baker, cook, etc. or a technical training (e.g. plant operator, etc.)
• Professional experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in the food sector or in an industrial environment
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in operating, maintaining, and optimising modern equipment
• You are willing to work in a 3- to 4-shift system
• German (A2)
