In Switzerland, it rents out over 6,300 apartments and more than 340,000 m² of office and commercial space and has a strategic pipeline with development projects. BVK also uses its real estate expertise for granting mortgages. It manages investment assets of around 45.8 billion Swiss francs. Responsible investing is an integral part of the investment activity.

Your main tasks

• Applicant management from A to Z
• Support in personnel administration (entries/exits, employment contracts, references, etc.)
• Main responsibility for the vocational training of 3 commercial apprentices

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience in HR and recruiting, experience in active sourcing is an advantage
• ABACUS knowledge is an advantage
• Solution-oriented, trustworthy and discreet personality
