Responsibilities:
You ensure material availability through demand-oriented ordering and scheduling.
Supplier inquiries, price negotiations and agreement on terms are part of your responsibilities.
You plan and coordinate external contract manufacturing in coordination with the involved departments.
You check invoices and clarify discrepancies in prices or conditions.
You keep supplier and item master data up to date in the ERP system.
In case of complaints, you take over coordination with suppliers and internal contacts.
You support purchasing projects and process improvements operationally.
You independently handle administrative tasks within purchasing.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in operational purchasing.
Experience in a production company is an advantage.
Practical experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
Confident use of MS Office, especially the common applications.
Independent working style with a strong solution orientation.
Confident appearance in negotiations with suppliers and external partners.
Good organisation and reliable collaboration with internal specialist departments.
Very good German skills and good English for daily communication.
