Job Description

• Implement internal communication actions for employees in Switzerland.
• Showcase Sopra Steria’s expertise, projects and talents through targeted content.
• Manage and animate the company website.
• Write content for social media and promote the employer brand.
• Design communication materials (presentations, flyers, campaigns).
• Organise events and activities that foster employee engagement and company visibility.

Qualifications

• Higher education in marketing, communication or equivalent.
• Experience in digital communication, social media and content creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress (or similar CMS) and FIGMA.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
• Autonomy, proactivity and organisational skills.
• Fluent in French and English; German appreciated.
• Experience in the IT sector is an advantage.
