The Employment Integration Office of the City of Thun supports unemployed and social assistance recipients in their professional and social integration. Work Agogist in Maintenance (40 - 50 %)
Your tasks:
- Leading, guiding and supervising participants in the maintenance sector, park care, firewood, hiking trails, cleaning and other maintenance work
- Assisting in all craft areas of the work deployment (carpentry, painting, logistics of the creative and workshop studio)
- Conducting entry and exit interviews as well as status discussions with programme participants in interdisciplinary teams
- Various administrative tasks including managing the case management system
You bring with you:
- Craft vocational training EFZ, preferably in gardening, landscape gardening, forestry, or facility maintenance
- Additional training in work agogy
- Experience in social and professional integration work with people in challenging situations
- Independent working style and confident use of common Office applications
- Communication and conflict skills, initiative and networked thinking
- Assertiveness, teamwork, resilience, loyalty and independence
- Humour and composure, even in hectic times
- Driving licence category B
